Good morning.

Today’s our last digest of Switch. Let’s look into the last key element of change, which is the Path.

A difficult path makes the Elephant unwilling to move.

How to make the Path easier to walk?

1. Tweak the environment - Change the environment, people will change automatically.

2. Build the habit - Use action triggers to encourage the Rider to turn on auto pilot mode.

3. Rally the herd - People tend to follow the crowd. Create a crowd, people will follow consciously and unconsciously.

The last part is to keep the change going by creating small wins and rewards in the journey.

今日は最後のダイジェストです。一緒に最後の重要な要素を勉強しましょう。

象さんは困難な道を歩かないです。

どうやって象さんが歩きやすい道を作るかが重要です。

１・環境を変える ー 環境が変わると人は自然に変わります。

２・習慣を作る ー 象使いさんの「Auto Pilot」モードをスイッチを入れるのに、「Action Trigger」をつくる。

３・習慣を他の人に広げる ー 人は無意識的に、意識的に回りの人を真似します。習慣をつくり、それが広がって、他の人は自動的について来ます。

最後はこの「Change」を続けることが大事です。「Change」の旅で小さな勝利と報酬を作れば長く続けることができるでしょう。
