Most local business owners were once in the gang. When they have troubles, they don’t like to call cops instead they call the Kings, street gangs.

J.T. doesn’t like prostitution because its running cost is high. It requires close monitoring and it causes a lot of problems.

5. Doing business with neighboring gangs

I am surprised not only by how J.T. makes money but also by how he spends money.

He would help his gang members to get high school diploma.

He also sponsors local youth centers.

This community was forgotten by the society but J.T. keeps it running.
