Today's book is Paul R. Sheele’s Natural Brilliance.

Natural Brilliance is a model to help people to overcome any challenge by 4 simple steps:

1. Release
Release stress and relax to enter an “alert awareness” state.

2. Notice
In “alert awareness” state, senses are sharpen. For example, you can hear more clearly or see more clearly because your brain, at this moment, is in a focus mode.

3. Respond
Respond is about making decision and taking Action leads to changes.
“Everything we do and do not do influences the result we get in life” (page 61)

4.Witness
Observe how the learning taking place in Respond, step 3. It doesn’t matter if you fail or success in step 3.
What matter is that you get the feedback to improve the learning process.
