In the book The Willpower Instinct, Kelly mentioned meditation is a good way to switch your body to “Self Control Mode."

Therefore, I would like to share a good book about meditation with you. I borrowed this book from a very good friend of mine.

The author, Arina, has broke meditation to 15 easy-to-follow steps. They are on the very first 3 pages in the book with illustrations facilitating you to meditate at home.

The author shares the same opinion with Kelly McGonigal. Arina mentioned that doing meditation can improve blood circulation and bring more oxygen to one's brain.

In additional to improving blood circulation, meditation can also improve:

1. Comprehension
2. Focus
3. Memorisation
4. Judgement
5. Observation
6. Imagination
7. Planning
8. Communication
