昨日の「The Free Agent Wayのインパクト」はいかがでしょうか？

Home-schoolingは日本ではみとめていないです。これはかわりますかね？

さて、今日は最終回「The Future」を復習しましょう。

Daniel H. Pink anticipate that the Free Agent Nation will shape the future in 3 dimensions:

1. Commerce

2. Career

3. Community

Commerce:

Large corporations and microbusiness will continue to grow but the middle-sized companies will decrease or become more ephemeral.

Career:

Traditional career path is 

Education -> Work -> Retirement

Now it can be as dynamic and various as each individual.

For example: Education + freelancing -> Work for couple years -> Free lancing again -> back to school -> E-tirement -> New business

Community:

- Free agents revitalize local communities, where Organization Guy left for work.

- Women have chances to break the “glass ceiling” by exiting through the side door. -> To build a small business themselves.

The Free Agent is surely shaping the society and pushing it moving forward in many powerful ways!
