Today, let’s talk about the Free Agent Nation’s 2 major impacts to the society.

1. Retirement life style

2. Education

Retirement life style:

Retirement doesn’t mean the end of working life anymore but it means a new beginning of a new career.

Retired people + technology = unlimited business ideas and opportunities

Education:

One-Size-Fits-All education is not the only option anymore. Along with the growing population of the Free Agent Nation, there are more households that are able to home-shool their kid at home in the US.

Home-schooling doesn’t mean to recreate the traditional learning environment at home.

Home-schooling is to make it easier for kids to pursue their own interests in their own way.

Home-schooling can create a learning environment that is much more similar with the real workplace.

My favorite questions Daniel mentioned in this part:

“When was the last time you spent all day in a room filled exclusively with people born +/-6 months of your own birth date?” (Page 246)

In addition to the impact on retirement life and education, the Free Agent Nation also have impact on finance, politics and many other areas.
