今日は「Part II: Free Agentの働きスタイル」を英語短文でSummariseしましょう。

In stead of making money, free agents want to make “meaning."

Free agents followed their own mission statements, not organisations’.

There are 4 major elements composing free agents’ working styles:

1.  Freedom - the power to choose.

2. Authenticity - the power to follow one’s own mission statement

3. Accountability - the responsibility of one’s own success and failure

4. Self Defined Success - the definition of success in money, promotions, and growth

Free agents also work in "free agent time zone.”

They have higher control over their schedule.
