今日は営業の定義について話しします。

Digest 2 - Rebirth of a Salesman

Daniel rebuilt the frameworks of salespeople:
1. Traditional salespeople - like a car dealer
2. Non-sales salespeople - They persuade you to give up what you have to exchange something else

People argue that technology like Internet and shopping portal sites would remove intermediate agents and decrease sales jobs in the market. Some people said salespeople are dead.

However, the fact is that the sales jobs to total jobs ration has remained 1:9 since 2000 to 2013 in USA.

In additional to that the changing environment has forced all of us to become a salesperson. If we are not in the traditional sales position (selling goods and/or services for money) we are non-sales salespeople.
