本日のレビュはManager to Employeeのコミュニケーションについて話しましょう。

Today’s book reflection is about the last communication scenario, which is Manager to Employee.

Communicating at workplace could be very frustrating and challenging sometimes. Especially when a manager needs to deliver bad news or has to cut staff.

There are great real life examples in the book. I found a few common points in those effective communication examples as a manager:

1. Be open and honest

2. Showing understanding

4. Be willing to help

3. Recognising the employee’s skills or what he/she has accomplished so far

4. Ask for the employee’s help
