今日の図書レビューは習慣2ー「Begin with the end in mind」

Habit 1 is about taking initiatives of your life.
Habit 2 is to channel your energy on the things that really matter to you.

Most of us fall into “activity traps” in our daily lives.
We are busying doing many things but ineffectively since we lost focus on the things matter to us.

Few strategies are introduced in this chapter:
1. Live a day twice
2. Rewrite your script
3. Make personal statement
4. Form a principle centered paradigm

To start a day by visualizing what you want to get or experience by the end of the day, you live the day once mentally.

To actually start the day by living it, you live the day twice physically.

You can identify what experience you want, what your don’t want during visualising your day. Then, you can re-write/edit your script (story) of the day to make it better.

By making personal statement, you can channel your energy on things really matter to you.
By forming a principle-centered mindset, you can tackle any difficulties and find the best solutions.

There are more other strategies Dr. Covey covers in this chapter.
