それはCanadaのtop hockey playerの話しいです。

What does it take to makes a top hockey player? Is it strengths, speed or reflection ability? Maybe all?

In mid-1980s, a Canadian psychologist, Roger Barnsley, discovered an interesting fact. 40% of the top players were born in the month of January, February and March.

In Canada, the eligibility cutoff of age-class is January. A player turned 10 in January is generally more physically mature then other players who are turning 10 later in the year.

Those top players simply got a head start.
