昨日の「Part IV - フリーアジェントのダークサイド(dark side)」の理解できましたか？

今日はPart IV - フリーアジェントのダークサイドについてさらに深く予習しましょう。

The free agent working style is not made for everybody.

Free agents who have the skills that are in strong demand have more bargain power, meaning they are able to stay in the game and enjoy freedom, authenticity, accountability and self-defined success.

For others, free agent is a nasty concept.

Daniel mentioned that there were 2 types of free agent that have gone wrong:

1. Temp slaves - temps that are doing boring jobs, receiving low wage and receiving less respect at workplace.

2. Permatemps - temps who are working full time and hired through a temp agency so their employer can avoid paying them health insurance, pensions and stock options.
